工藝設計

  1.電池行業超純水設備采用離子交換方式,其流程如下:

  2.電池行業超純水設備(bei)采用兩級反滲(shen)透方式,其流程如下:

  原(yuan)水(shui)→原(yuan)水(shui)加壓(ya)泵→多介質過濾器(qi)→活性炭過濾器(qi)→加藥裝置→精密過濾器(qi)→第一級反滲透(tou) →PH調節→中間水(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)→第二級反滲透(tou)(反滲透(tou)膜表面帶正電荷)→純化水(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)→純水(shui)泵→陰陽樹脂(zhi)混床→微孔(kong)過濾器(qi)→用(yong)水(shui)點

  3.電池行業超純水設備采用EDI方(fang)式,其流(liu)程如下(xia):

  原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)→原(yuan)(yuan)水(shui)加壓泵(beng)→多介質過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器→活(huo)性炭過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器→加藥裝(zhuang)置(zhi)→精密過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器→第(di)一級反滲透(tou) →PH調節→中(zhong)(zhong)間水(shui)箱→第(di)二級反滲透(tou)→中(zhong)(zhong)間水(shui)箱→中(zhong)(zhong)間水(shui)泵(beng)→EDI系統(tong)→微孔過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)(lv)器→用水(shui)點

設備特點

  1.第一種采(cai)用離子交換(huan)樹脂,其優點在于初(chu)投(tou)資少(shao)(shao),占(zhan)用的(de)地方少(shao)(shao),但缺點就(jiu)是需要經常進行(xing)離子再生,耗費大量酸堿(jian),而且(qie)對環境有一定(ding)的(de)破壞性。

  2.第二種采(cai)用(yong)兩級反滲(shen)透設備(bei),其特點為初投次比采(cai)用(yong)離子交換(huan)樹脂(zhi)方(fang)式(shi)要高,但(dan)無須樹脂(zhi)再(zai)生(sheng)。其缺點在于相關(guan)膜原件(jian)需定期(qi)清洗或更(geng)換(huan),水質相對來說不是(shi)太(tai)高,大都(dou)只(zhi)能做(zuo)到1us/cm左右,所以在不質要求更(geng)高的時(shi)候常采(cai)用(yong)一級反滲(shen)透后面再(zai)用(yong)混床(陰陽復床)把關(guan)。

  3.第三種(zhong)采(cai)用反滲透作預處理再配上電去離子(EDI)裝置,這(zhe)是(shi)目前制取(qu)超(chao)純(chun)水最(zui)經濟(ji),最(zui)環(huan)保的超(chao)純(chun)水制備(bei)工藝,不(bu)需要用酸(suan)堿進(jin)行再生便可連續(xu)制取(qu)超(chao)純(chun)水,對(dui)環(huan)境沒什么破(po)壞性(xing)。其缺點在于初(chu)投資(zi)相對(dui)以上兩種(zhong)方(fang)式過于昂貴。

技術參數

  1、脫鹽率高,效(xiao)率遠遠高于兩級(ji)反滲透和單純的離子(zi)交換(huan)。

  2、離子交換樹脂不需用酸堿(jian)再(zai)生,節約大量(liang)酸堿(jian)和清(qing)洗用水,降低勞(lao)動強度。

  3、較(jiao)傳統的離子交換法脫鹽(yan)節約樹脂95%以(yi)上。

  4、產(chan)水電阻率15~18M&Omega;·cm,pH6.5~7.0,硅<1.0ppb,徹底無菌(jun)。

  5、自動化(hua)程度(du)高(gao),易維(wei)護,可設計成(cheng)完(wan)善(shan)的膜(mo)技術高(gao)純(chun)水生(sheng)產線。

  6、清潔(jie)生(sheng)產,無廢水處理問(wen)題,利于環(huan)保(bao)。

  7、占地面積小,單(dan)一系(xi)(xi)統連(lian)續運轉,不需建設備用系(xi)(xi)統。
